We offer a 30-day guarantee on eligible products. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused

In the same condition as received

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Subscription products and certain digital services are not eligible for return.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Unless we made an error with your order (wrong item, defective product, damaged on arrival, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for voluntary returns (change of mind).

For faulty or incorrect orders, we will refund the full order amount including the original shipping fee.

If you wish to request a return or refund, please contact us first before contacting your bank, Klarna, or payment provider.

Opening a case directly with your bank or Klarna may delay your refund process by up to 180 days.

Refund Options

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

Regular-priced items → Refund to original payment method

Discounted items → Store credit

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the item shows signs of use, a partial refund may be issued

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. We will send a replacement.

If your item is lost or stolen:

If you purchased Express Priority Shipping (where available), we will replace the item.

Otherwise, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

Orders with Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect (e.g., missing house number, street name, apartment number), our system cannot process the shipment.

In such cases:

Our support team will attempt to contact the customer up to two times via email.

If no response is received within 7 calendar days, the order will remain on hold.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Once the correct address is provided, we will process and ship the order promptly.

Exchanges and Gift Returns

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

For gift returns:

If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit.

Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
